TEXTILWERKEN

Found this fantastic german craft book in a library.
Full of exciting images that i dont know which ones to choose for this post.
Sadly my german is hopeless to understand the text
although I studied it for some time..
I should have been more serious in school.
(The book is called Textilwerken grundlagen und lehrwege.)

+Go read this heartwarming short story.

++Makoto Kagashima's awesome.

This is amazing. Isn't it simply great how simple techniques and design make the best results.
Same as the commenter before me: if there's anything you want to know especially, just ask!

What Yuchan?!!! All that time with us in Switzerland and you forgot German? You were too busy learning weird American English from me in Art History!

My partner has just taken our baby out on his own for the first time and I was feeling a bit tearful and empty till I found this link to the really nice story with a colorful ending. Hope they come back before bedtime. Maybe we could all paint our flat too…
I really like the photos of the dolls and textiles and all the fabulous links :)
